Blethering together was my major project at University completed in 2020. Comprised of both a digital and print campaign celebrating Scottish dialects. Looking into ways to incorporate dialect into the way we use social media and different outputs designed to engage children. Such as the phrasebooks.

A short comic-style story, created as a part of my university major project exploring where Scottish dialects sit in modern life. The comic centred around a girl who lost
her connection to her heritage and language.

All the illustrations were drawn by hand, then digitally coloured, with a custom typeface that celebrated traditional typography. *CREATIVE CONSCIENCE short-listed*

A WALK THROUGH
MY MIND

A ‘walk through my mind’ was created from the concept of expressing an emotional state through simple illustrations when I was first learning animation. The story was based on a diary extract, that flowed like a physical journey would.
